According to the data on the platform Ourworldindata.org, which collects statistics on all countries related to the coronavirus, at present, the number of infections per 1 million people in Azerbaijan is 36,295. The number of deaths per 1 million people is 508. As for the world average, the number of infections per 1 million people is 26,590, and the number of deaths per 1 million people is 559. In this regard, the results in Azerbaijan are higher than the world average in terms of the number of infections and relatively low in terms of the number of deaths.
